For Property Owners

We negotiate building-wide bulk telecom agreements for multifamily and HOA properties. By aggregating hundreds of properties in our network, we secure below-market rates from carriers like AT&T, Charter Spectrum, and Frontier. The service is included for every unit — residents save up to 30% versus individual rates — and the property earns financial incentives that add directly to NOI. We handle the negotiation, rollout, and ongoing management.
We typically focus on properties with 250+ units because the economics are most compelling at that scale. However, if you manage multiple smaller properties, the combined unit count often qualifies your portfolio for the same negotiating power. We've also worked with smaller properties when the owner has additional properties that could benefit from the same program in the future. We're happy to assess your situation in a free consultation.
It varies by property size, market, and carrier availability, but a typical range is $120–$220 per unit per year. Because a bulk agreement covers every unit, there's no adoption guesswork — on a 300-unit property that's roughly $36,000–$66,000 per year. Larger properties consistently add $50,000–$100,000+ annually. We'll build a specific model for your property before you commit to anything.
No. Our model is 100% performance-based. We do not charge consulting fees, retainers, or setup costs. Our compensation comes from the carrier agreement we negotiate on your behalf — never from you. You are never at risk.
This is common. We'll review your current agreement to understand when it expires, what terms are in place, and whether there are renegotiation or exit options. In many cases we can layer a new program alongside an existing agreement, or we plan ahead for a transition at renewal. Either way, we'll be honest about what's possible given your current situation.

For Residents

Yes — a bulk agreement is building-wide, so the service is included for every unit as part of the property, much like water or trash service. Residents don't have to shop for or set up internet; they get fast, reliable service from a major carrier at up to 30% below individual rates, with enrollment that takes minutes.
Easy enrollment, nearly instant setup, and a simplified install. Because the agreement is negotiated for the whole building, residents get the same carriers and service tiers they'd buy on their own — at a noticeably lower price, and without the usual install delays, equipment-fee surprises, or promo rates that quietly expire.
We provide a complete rollout communication package: announcement letter, resident FAQ, email copy, and common-area signage, plus direct support to answer resident questions. Your management team is kept informed throughout — but doesn't have to run the process.
A dedicated carrier account manager supports the property, and residents get standard carrier customer support. Because the service is part of the building's program, there are no individual contracts for residents to chase — issues are handled through the property's account, and we help coordinate anything that needs escalation.

Carriers & Services

We currently have preferred relationships with AT&T, Charter Spectrum, and Frontier. We recommend the carrier that's best for your specific property and market — not the one that pays us the highest commission. Carrier availability varies by geography, and in some markets only one or two carriers operate at the quality level required for our program.
Our programs cover building-wide internet and TV, with home phone available as an optional add-on. The agreement is negotiated for the whole property, so every unit is included — residents get a major carrier's service (same network, same speeds) at bulk pricing, without setting up their own account from scratch. Bundling internet and TV delivers the biggest resident savings.
The technology is the same — same network, same speeds, same service tiers. The difference is price: because we negotiate bulk rates across hundreds of properties, residents pay up to 30% below what they'd pay going direct to the carrier. Same service, better price — included for every unit.
We act as an advocate between your property and the carrier. If there are systemic service issues, we escalate directly through our carrier contacts — which is more effective than individual tenant complaints. For individual service issues, tenants contact the carrier directly as they would with any residential plan. Our involvement is most valuable at the escalation and accountability level.

Pricing & Process

We receive a referral fee or revenue share from the carrier for every tenant who signs up through our program. This is funded entirely by the carrier's margin — it does not come out of tenant pricing. In fact, tenants pay less than retail, and we still generate a revenue share that we pass on to property owners. The carrier benefits because they're gaining efficient access to a large, pre-qualified customer pool without spending on traditional marketing.
Typically 30–60 days. Week 1 is the discovery and analysis phase. Weeks 2–3 involve carrier negotiations and term sheet review. Week 4 is contract signing and rollout planning. Tenant communication begins immediately after, and first revenue typically flows within 45–60 days of kickoff. The exact timeline depends on your property's current situation and the carrier involved.
None. The free consultation is exactly that — a conversation to see if there's an opportunity. We'll learn about your property, share what we think is possible, and build a custom NOI model. You decide whether to move forward. If you decide the program isn't right for your property, you walk away with a clearer understanding of your telecom options at no cost.
